Chocolate Covered Dates for our New Year Dessert

Together, with my Boys, we dipped dates in melted dark chocolate.
We then agreed to sprinkle on some cinnamon and salt
We stuffed half with pecans we had picked up together from farmers market on Saturday
We use this allergy-friendly 100% cacao. The dates pair well with unsweetened chocolate
With some Teaism tumeric lemongrass tea for me while we read Roald Dahl together

Thermomix sprouted rolled oats

Super simple morning oatmeal in Thermomix. Simply insert Cook-key and let Thermomix guide you to perfect oats while you are half-asleep. Our oats are especially good because of the ingredients: homemade coconut milk and One Degree sprouted rolled oats. Today we top with farmer market strawberries.
