Hosting Brunch

We had friends over for our Sunday waffle breakfast.  We included some blender apple oat muffins and turkey bacon (Trader Joe's-no garlic) along with the waffles.  Toppings are the best part: whipped coconut cream, market strawberries, citrus and pecans, hemp seeds, gogi berries, walnuts, sprouted flax, coconut and maple syrup.  Their little boy has many of the same food allergies as our little boy.  Both boys can eat tree nuts. It's great to eat together! Morning french-press coffee with homemade almond milk is best shared.
