Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.  I love everything about the day and the menu.  This year it was just the four of us. We enjoyed a few quiet days together with lots of good food.  Every year we make a simple citrus/herb/olive oil turkey.  This year, our sides adjusted to meet our new allergy needs.  

sweet potato mash
cranberry sauce
orange, lemon rosemary turkey
onion garlic sauteed greens
lemony garlic sauteed greenbeans
roasted brussel sprouts
millet cranberry squash bake
carrot, beet and apple slaw with dill and lemon
crustless pumpkin pie
cranberry ginger scones
gluten free, dairy free pumpkin pancakes
pumpkin spice donut holes
